Chefset rebranding

This housewares company wanted to redesign one of their pieces which they were struggling to get department stores to buy. However, after interviewing senior staff, I discovered the problem wasn’t the one piece but the perception of the company as a whole being too cheap for the stores they were targeting. The brand was redesigned, staff and suppliers were educated on the importance of brand consistency, and a brochure and 400 pieces of packaging were redesigned, creating a series of clearly defined and more up-market looking ranges.
